Max and Lyn Lehmann

Max and Lyn Lehmann are your hosts at Rock-Al-Roy and we'll do everything we can to help ensure your stay with us is as relaxing and pleasant as possible. We really enjoy making our guests feel at home and we'll give you as much companionship or as much privacy as you want. We also enjoy showing off our home town of Kingaroy and the South Burnett region, and we're happy to arrange private tours to local wineries or other tourist attractions if you'd like - just ask us.

Our Tariffs

Rock-A-Roy offers very affordable accommodation and our tariffs are amongst the lowest in Kingaroy.

You can book for dinner, bed and breakfast (DBB) or just bed and breakfast (B&B) - the choice is up to you!

Our current tariffs (effective 1st January 2010) are shown below:
  • Single B&B - $90
  • Single DBB - $105
  • Couple B&B - $110
  • Couple DBB - $140

Notes:
  • Corporate bookings and long term stays are very welcome, and we're quite happy to negotiate a rate for these. Several major industries in the South Burnett use Rock-Al-Roy for personnel accommodation and we're happy to work with companies and individuals to meet their needs.
     
  • While deposits for bookings are always appreciated, we don't insist on them. We understand that sometimes our guests need to book at short notice and don't always have the facility to get a deposit to us at the time they book. We do, however, appreciate as much notice of a booking cancellation as possible.
  • We respect people's rights to take their pets with them on vacation, but we regret that we can't accommodate any pets at Rock-Al-Roy (with the exception of medically certified guide dogs).
     
  • Rock-Al-Roy has a non-smoking policy that covers all interior portions of our premises. However, smokers are quite welcome to smoke on the building's verandahs or in the adjoining gardens.
     
  • Check-in time begins at 2:00pm and check-out time is usually by 10:00am (but we're flexible about this).
