Bunya Mountains

The Bunya Mountains National Park is located about an hour's dive south-west of Kingaroy. This unique National Park was formed millions of years ago in the Jurassic era and abounds in native wildlife like parrots and pademelons (a type of kangaroo). It's also one of the very few National Parks in Australia you can drive through and it has a tea-house, restaurant and general store (but no petrol) in the main camping grounds.

What Our Guests Say

We love having guests stay with us at Rock-Al-Roy. And we really love it when they have a great time (which nearly everyone does).

Here's a random sample of some of the comments that our guests have left in Rock-Al-Roy's guestbook over the last few years:

What A Great Place To Stay!

"What a great place to stay!!! (a home away from home). Next time we visit Kingaroy to see my family I will have a hard job getting Ian to stay with them - he will definitely want to stay at Rock-Al-Roy!!! You have a wonderful way with people and are definitely in the right retirement game. All the best and God bless you both with good health and happiness"
